How do you make foam that is edible?
To make edible foam, you will need the following ingredients:
* 1/2 cup of heavy cream
* 1/4 cup of sugar
* 1 tablespoon of gelatin powder
* 1/4 cup of cold water
* 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and gelatin powder.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the cold water and vanilla extract.
4. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
5. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is frothy and foamy.
6. Serve the foam immediately.
