What is the Temperature of done baked bread?

It's tricky to give a single temperature for "done" baked bread because it depends on a few things:

* Type of Bread: A crusty loaf will be hotter than a delicate brioche.

* Internal Temperature: You want the internal temperature of the bread to be high enough to kill any harmful bacteria. This is usually around 190-200°F (88-93°C).

* Oven Temperature: The bread will continue to cook slightly even after you take it out of the oven, so the initial temperature will be higher than the final temperature.

Here's what to do:

* Use a Thermometer: The best way to know if bread is done is to use a thermometer. Insert it into the center of the loaf and check for the desired temperature.

* Look for Signs: Look for a golden brown crust, a hollow sound when you tap the bottom, and a slight spring back when you press on the top.

In general, when the bread is done, it will be hot, but not scalding. You should be able to handle it after a few minutes to cool.
