Make a large batch of broccoli soup using your favorite recipe. Do not add any pasta, rice, flour, milk, or cream to the soup. This will prevent the soup from spoiling or rotting. These ingredients can be added after you have stored it.

Prepare the broccoli soup as normal. Thoroughly cook the vegetables and any meat you add to the soup. Add all the ingredients except those previously mentioned.

Fill your sterile canning jars first with the solids of broccoli from the soup till the jar is halfway full. Pour the broth into the remaining half of the jar to half an inch from the top of the jar.

Secure the lids on the jars tightly.

Put the jars in the pressure cooker and following the direction from the cooker. Pints should remain in the cooker for 60 minutes. Quarts process in the cooker for 75 minutes.
