Things You'll Need

  • 1 lb. ground lean pork
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 Tablespoons vinegar

Instructions

  1. Take one pound of ground lean pork into a bowl and add in all the ingredients. Mix it around like you would a meat loaf and use your hands to mix the ingredients.

  2. Allow it to sit overnight in the refrigerator.
