- 1 lb. ground lean pork
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar
