How to make a killer salsa
Football season is here and a few of your closest buddies have decided to make your place the hangout spot for watching the game. This year spice things up a bit by making a killer salsa.
Things You'll Need
- 7 medium to large, preferably on the vine and a bit over ripe hot house tomatoes 1 tomateo (a mexican green tomato) 1 large mango 1 medium onion 2 chilies (jabaneros) 1 clove garlic cilantro bu
Instructions

Take half a ripe tomatoe and squeeze its juice into a glass bowl.

Split the 2 chilies in half horizontally and place them in the glass bowl with the tomatoe juice you just squeezed in step 1.

press the garlic through a garlic press and add it to the glass bowl.

cover the glass bowl with plastic and let it sit out for 2 hours.

After the chilies have had time to marinate in the tomatoe juice, begin dicing the tomatoes, mango, onion and tomateo into cubes.

Add the diced ingredients to the bowl and stir around to distibute the flavor.

Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes. Prior to serving cut up some cilantro about 8 stems worth and mix it into the salsa
