- 2 - 3 sprigs shredded fresh basil
- 1 - 2 sprigs shredded Italian parsley
- 3 - 4 medium Roma tomatoes
- 1 bag Tortilla "Scooper" Chips

Combine the shrimp and olive oil in a dish and mix to coat

Add the basil and parsley, mix together.

Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well

Place into a dish with a lid that snaps shut

Place salsa into refrigerator and allow flavors to meld - stir a few times

Taste before serving, add more cocktail sauce, lemon, or chili sauce as desired.

Serve with tortilla "scooper" chips
