Things You'll Need

  • One pound large shrimp, cooked and peeled - cut into bite sizes pieces

  • 2 - 3 sprigs shredded fresh basil
  • 1 - 2 sprigs shredded Italian parsley
  • 3 - 4 medium Roma tomatoes
  • 1 bag Tortilla "Scooper" Chips

Instructions

  1. Combine the shrimp and olive oil in a dish and mix to coat

  2. Add the basil and parsley, mix together.

  3. Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well

  4. Place into a dish with a lid that snaps shut

  5. Place salsa into refrigerator and allow flavors to meld - stir a few times

  6. Taste before serving, add more cocktail sauce, lemon, or chili sauce as desired.

  7. Serve with tortilla "scooper" chips
