How do you make corn casserole?
Here is a simple recipe to make corn casserole:
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 ounces) of whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (10 ounces) of creamed corn
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped green bell pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Combine the corn, creamed corn, sour cream, flour, milk, onion, green bell pepper, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
3. Fold in the cheddar cheese if using.
4. Pour the corn casserole into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until the casserole is set and bubbly.
