How to Make Honegar
In 2010, "Time" magazine named Honegar as one of its "50 Worst Inventions." Honegar was invented in 1959 by Dr. DeForest Jarvis, who thought the good health of rural Vermont farmers had something to do with the honey and vinegar they consumed. He combined the two as a health tonic, but it never caught on. Some people do believe 1 tbsp. of it mixed with water at every meal can ward off some aches and pains. It's incredibly easy to make.
