Are dry powdered milk and liquid the same?

Dry powdered milk and liquid milk are not the same. Dry powdered milk is made by removing the water from liquid milk, which results in a concentrated form of milk that is typically sold in powder or granule form. When reconstituted with water, dry powdered milk can be used as a substitute for liquid milk in many applications, such as cooking and baking. However, due to the removal of water, some of the nutrients present in liquid milk may be lost or reduced in dry powdered milk, and it may have a different flavor and texture compared to liquid milk.
