How to Make Homemade Italian Salad Dressing

Things You'll Need
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup white wine
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- ¼ cup grated Romano cheese
Instructions

Add the olive oil and vinegar to a salad dressing shaker and shake well.

Add crushed garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, white wine and grated Romano to the dressing shaker.

Shake vigorously for about five minutes. If the dressing separates, shake it for an additional two minutes.
