What induction cooker can cook with glass or pyrex pot?

It is NOT RECOMMENDED to use glass or Pyrex pots on an induction cooker. Here's why:

* Induction cookers work by magnetic induction. They heat the cookware directly by generating a magnetic field that interacts with the ferrous metal in the cookware. Glass and Pyrex are not magnetic materials, so they will not heat up on an induction cooktop.

* Some induction cookers have sensors that detect the type of cookware. They may refuse to turn on if they detect non-magnetic cookware.

* Even if the cooker turns on with a glass pot, it might not heat up efficiently. The pot could crack or break from uneven heating.

What cookware is compatible with induction cookers?

You need cookware made of ferromagnetic materials:

* Cast iron: A classic choice that is very durable and heats evenly.

* Stainless steel: Look for cookware labeled "induction-ready" or "induction-compatible." These will have a ferromagnetic base.

* Enameled cast iron: Like Dutch ovens, these are great for slow cooking and can be used on induction cooktops.

* Some aluminum cookware: If it has a thick ferromagnetic base, it should be compatible with induction cooking.

Always check the manufacturer's instructions for your induction cooker. They will specify the types of cookware that are compatible with the appliance.
