How to cook Mince meat in pressure cooker?
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
1 (10 ounce) can crushed tomatoes with green chilies
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
1. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil over medium heat.
2. Add the ground beef, onion, green pepper, and red pepper. Cook until the ground beef is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, crushed tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir until combined.
5. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and bring up to high pressure.
6. Reduce heat to low and let cook for 15 minutes.
7. Let the pressure cooker cool down naturally.
8. Once the pressure cooker has cooled, open the lid and stir in the cilantro.
9. Serve over rice or with tortillas.
