What is recipe for lobster Newburg?

Ingredients:

- 2 pounds lobster meat, cooked and chopped

- 1/4 cup butter

- 1/4 cup flour

- 1 cup milk

- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 cup dry sherry

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 egg yolks

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

- Paprika, for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute, or until golden brown.

2. Slowly whisk in the milk and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until thickened.

3. Add the sherry, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute, or until the alcohol has cooked off.
