How do you prepare quince?
To prepare quince:
1. Wash the quince under running water.
2. Rub the quince with a clean kitchen towel to remove any dirt or debris.
3. Cut the quince into quarters, removing the core and seeds.
4. Place the quince in a large pot of water and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the quince is tender.
6. Drain the quince and transfer it to a bowl of cold water to cool.
7. Once the quince is cool, peel and slice it.
The quince is now ready to be used in your recipe of choice.
