Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk

Instructions:

3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

6. Transfer the crepes to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
7. In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, sugar, and Grand Marnier.
8. Bring to a boil over medium heat and reduce until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
9. Fold the crepes in half or quarters and place on a serving plate.
10. Drizzle the crepes with the orange sauce and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
