Crock pot pulled pork barbecue sandwiches?

Ingredients:

- 3-4 pounds pork shoulder, boneless and skinless

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 tablespoon chili powder

- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

- 1 tablespoon onion powder

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 cup barbecue sauce of your choice

- 6-8 hamburger buns

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the pork shoulder, olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the pork.

2. Pour the pork mixture into the crock pot.

3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, or until the pork is fork-tender.

4. Once the pork is cooked, shred it with two forks.

5. Stir in the barbecue sauce and mix well.

6. Serve the pulled pork on hamburger buns with your favorite toppings, such as coleslaw, onions, and pickles.

Tips:

- If you don't have a crock pot, you can also cook the pork shoulder in a Dutch oven over low heat for 4-5 hours.

- You can add additional vegetables to the crock pot with the pork, such as carrots, potatoes, or onions.

- If you want a more flavorful pulled pork, you can add a bottle of beer to the crock pot with the pork.
