How long do you cook pork chops with bone in a baking bag?

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless pork chops, about 1 inch thick

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/4 cup chicken broth

- 1/4 cup white wine

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the pork chops in the flour mixture.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned.

4. Transfer the pork chops to a baking bag. Add the chicken broth, white wine, lemon juice, and parsley. Seal the bag and shake to combine.

5. Bake the pork chops in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.

6. Serve the pork chops immediately.

Tips:

- To check if the pork chops are cooked through, insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the chop. The internal temperature should be 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- If you don't have a baking bag, you can also cook the pork chops in a covered baking dish.

- Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or salad.
