To cook an 8 lb pork loin, you'll need the following ingredients:
* 8 lb pork loin
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/4 cup brown sugar
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions:
