At what temperature do you cook cut bone-in pork chops?
For most boneless, loin pork chops, the ideal internal temperature is 145°F.
Always err on the side of caution and pull pork chops off the heat just before they reach your desired doneness.
That way they can carry over (or continue cooking) until they are perfectly done.
