Ingredients:

Meatloaf:

- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (80/20)

- 1 pound ground pork

- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- 1/2 cup ketchup

- 1/4 cup milk

- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Glaze:

- 1/2 cup ketchup

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

- 1 teaspoon white vinegar

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, ketchup, milk, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until combined.

3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

4. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, yellow mustard, and white vinegar. Mix well.
