How long do you cook a 26 lb smoked ham?
You don't need to cook a 26 lb smoked ham! It's already been cooked.
However, you do need to reheat it. Here's how:
* Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover with foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
* Slow Cooker: Place the ham in the slow cooker and cover with water or broth. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the ham is heated through.
* Stovetop: Place the ham in a large pot and cover with water or broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes per pound, or until the ham is heated through.
Important Note: These are just guidelines. Cooking times may vary depending on the size and thickness of your ham. Always use a meat thermometer to ensure that the ham is cooked to a safe internal temperature.
Enjoy your delicious ham!
