How can you cook beef ribs so they are like these in a restaurant?

Ingredients:

- 4 pounds beef short ribs

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules

- 4 cups water

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1 bay leaf

- 1 large onion, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Season the ribs with beef bouillon, salt, and pepper. Sear the ribs in the hot oil until browned on all sides.

3. Transfer the ribs to a roasting pan. Add the water, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, thyme, bay leaf, onion, and garlic to the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover the pan, and braise in the preheated oven for 2-3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

4. Skim the fat from the surface of the braising liquid. Serve the ribs with the braising liquid.
