What does steak mean?
Steak is a slice of meat, usually beef, grilled or fried. It is typically served as a main course, often with sides such as French fries, salad, and vegetables. Steak can be cooked in a variety of ways, but the most common is grilling, which gives it a characteristic charred flavor. Steak is a popular dish in many countries around the world, and there are many different variations on the basic recipe. For example, in Argentina, steak is often served with a sauce called chimichurri, while in Japan, it is often served with a type of soy sauce called yakiniku sauce.
