How long do you cook 1kg roast beef joint?
Cooking times will vary depending on the oven and the exact cut of beef, but a general guideline for cooking 1kg roast beef joint is as follows:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Season the roast beef joint with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices.
3. Place the roast beef joint in a roasting pan and add a small amount of water (about 1/4 cup) to prevent the meat from drying out.
4. Roast the beef for about 25 minutes per 500g, or until it reaches the desired internal temperature (see below).
5. Remove the roast beef joint from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Medium: 63°C (145°F)
