Can you grill instead of bake bread dough?
It is not recommended to grill bread dough instead of baking it. Bread dough requires a consistent and controlled heat to rise and cook properly. A grill does not provide the right environment for even cooking and the dough may end up burnt on the outside while remaining uncooked on the inside. Additionally, the high heat of a grill can quickly overcook the bread resulting in a dry and tough texture. Therefore, it is best to bake bread dough in an oven to ensure an evenly cooked and tasty loaf.
