How do you cook steak on the charcoal grill?
To cook steak on a charcoal grill:
1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. Season your steak generously with salt and pepper.
3. Rub the steak with a little oil to help it from sticking to the grill.
4. Place the steak on the grill over direct heat.
5. Cook the steak for 2-3 minutes per side, or until it is browned.
6. Turn the steak and continue to cook it for 1-2 minutes per side, depending on how rare or well-done you want it.
7. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
