How long do you cook talapia on the grill?
The recommended grilling times for talapia will vary based on the thickness of your fillets and the heat level of your grill.
With that in mind, as a general rule you should cook talapia for 3-5 minutes per side for fillets that are about 1/2-inch thick, and 5-7 minutes per side for fillets that are thicker than 1/2-inch.
If you have skinless fillets, grill the skin side down first, and then flip the fillets over and continue cooking until they are opaque in color throughout, with no translucence left.
