How to make cranberry mayonnaise?
Ingredients:
• 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a food processor, combine the cranberries, orange juice, honey, and Dijon mustard. Process until smooth.
2. With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the vegetable oil. Continue processing until the mixture is thick and creamy.
3. Add the egg and process for a few seconds more, until combined.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Transfer the mayonnaise to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

• For a smoother mayonnaise, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve before refrigerating.
