Can you deep fry boneless skinless chicken breasts?

Ingredients:

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 egg

- 1/2 cup milk

- Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions:

1. Preheat a deep fryer or large saucepan filled with oil to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.

4. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then dip them in the egg mixture, and then coat them in the flour mixture again.

5. Carefully place the chicken pieces into the hot oil and fry them until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

6. Remove the chicken pieces from the oil and drain them on paper towels.

7. Serve the chicken pieces hot, with your favorite dipping sauces.
