Does anyone have the recipe for Dick Van Patten chicken?
Ingredients
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1/2 cup dry white wine
* 1/2 cup chicken broth
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1/2 teaspoon honey
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken pieces and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides.
5. Add the white wine, chicken broth, parsley, lemon juice, and honey to the skillet.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Serve immediately with sides of bread or vegetables.
