How do you fix lemon pepper chicken?
Ingredients:
* 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Tips:
* To make sure the chicken is cooked through, insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the breast. The chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
* If you don't have a meat thermometer, you can also check to see if the chicken is done by cutting into it. The chicken is done when the juices run clear.
* Serve the lemon pepper chicken with your favorite sides, such as rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
