Can i have recipe for chicken Cajun rice?

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 1/2 cup chopped onion

- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained

- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained

- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 cup cooked rice

- chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

-Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

-Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

-Add the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper and cook until softened.

-Stir in the tomatoes, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

-Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

-Stir in the rice and cilantro and cook until heated through.

-Serve immediately.
