Cooking chicken breasts in oven with no skin or bones and not overcook?

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Herbs and spices of your choice (such as garlic, thyme, rosemary, or paprika)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold running water and pat them dry with paper towels.

4. Drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil and season them with salt, pepper, and your desired herbs and spices.

5. Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius).

6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Tips:

- To prevent the chicken from overcooking, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius).

- If you want the chicken breasts to be more juicy, you can add a little water or broth to the bottom of the baking sheet before baking.

- You can also add some vegetables to the baking sheet with the chicken, such as broccoli, carrots, or potatoes.
