What is a recipe for baklava?

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 3/4 cup sugar

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces

- 2 egg yolks

- 1/4 cup water

- 1/2 cup honey

- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

- 1 tablespoon orange flower water

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions:

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

- Add butter and use your fingers to work it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks and water.

- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

- Divide dough into two equal balls. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

- On a lightly floured surface, roll out one ball of dough into a 12-inch circle.

- Transfer dough to a greased 9-inch springform pan.

- Spread half of the honey over the dough.

- Sprinkle half of the pistachios, orange flower water, cinnamon, and cloves over the honey.

- Roll out the remaining ball of dough into another 12-inch circle.

- Place dough over the filling.

- Fold dough over the filling, pinching the sides to seal the filling inside.

- Brush edges of dough with a beaten egg yolk.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the baklava is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

- Let baklava cool completely in the pan.

- Drizzle the remaining honey over the cooled baklava.

- Serve cold or at room temperature.
