How do you make a roadhouse roadie margarita from the Texas restaurant?

* 1½ ounces reposado tequila

* ½ ounce lime juice

* ½ ounce simple syrup

* ½ ounce triple sec

* 1/4 ounce lime simple syrup

* 2 dashes of orange bitters

* Splash of soda water

* Lime wedge, for garnish

* Salt, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Combine the reposado tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, triple sec, lime simple syrup, and orange bitters in a shaker with ice.

2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.

4. Top with a splash of soda water.
