How to Make an Italian Martini (5 Steps)
The classic martini calls for stirring gin and dry vermouth together with ice, then strain into a glass. The Italian martini is a slight alteration on the classic recipe, which substitutes the vermouth with Liquore Galliano, a floral and herbal Italian liqueur. The Italian martini also has its own variations, most notably one that substitutes Tuaca, a vanilla liqueur, for the Liquore Galliano. Whether you desire the floral or the sweet, you can make an Italian martini that caters to your taste.
