Mixed Drinks With White Rum

Rum, a sweet liquor originating in the Caribbean, is made by fermenting molasses, which is the sticky residue left after boiling down sugar cane. There are different classifications of rum: dark, spiced and white rum, each offering subtle differences in flavor. White rum is light bodied and colorless, and is the perfect foundation to many cocktails.
