Peach Cobbler Drinks

The taste of peaches and sweet bread served warm with a dollop of vanilla ice cream is what makes the peach cobbler a much-loved dessert. For those that love peach cobbler, creating a peach cobbler drink is a must-try. Whether paired with vodka, whiskey or non-alcoholic, the right flavors combined together will conjure up images of peach cobbler with every sip.

Non-Alcoholic Drinks

  • A tasty non-alcoholic peach cobbler drink will be a hit a dry parties or children's events. One healthy peach cobbler smoothie recipe combines one 15 oz. can of peaches in juice with 1 cup of fresh strawberries, one 8 oz. carton of non-fat vanilla yogurt, 3 tbsp. rolled oats, 3 tbsp. maple syrup and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. This blended smoothie is fun for kids to drink in tall cups with silly straws. For an ice cream smoothie, 2 cups of peach cobbler ice cream is combined with 3 cups of cold milk, 1/8 cup of chopped skinless peaches, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg and blended together until it reaches your desired consistency.

Vodka Drinks

  • For vodka drinkers, a spiced peach cobbler drink combines 3 oz. of peach-flavored vodka with 2 tbsp. of honey and two splashes of vanilla soy milk in a martini shaker. The well-shaken drink is poured into martini glasses and a dash or two of cinnamon is added on top. A super creamy and strong peach cobbler drink combines cognac with peach-flavored vodka. For this recipe, 1 oz. of vanilla cognac, 2 oz. of peach-flavored vodka, 1 oz. of cane sugar syrup, 1 oz of lemon juice, a dash of ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. fine sugar and a chopped up slice of peach are combined and shaken well before being poured in a tall glass filled with ice.

Schnapps

  • For those that enjoy the taste schnapps, a form of brandy, peach schnapps makes creating a peach cobbler drink easy. A simple recipe combines 6 oz. of apple cider and 1 1/2 oz. peach schnapps. For a warm drink that will definitely remind you of peach cobbler, 6 oz. of apple cider is added to a saucepan on the stove, along with 3 oz. of sweetened condensed milk, 2 oz. of peach schnapps, a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg each and 1 tsp. of white sugar. Heated over low heat, the mixture is then poured into mugs with a dollop of whipped cream.

Whiskey

  • Whiskey drinkers can also add the flavor of peach cobbler to their drinks. One recipe calls for 2 1/2 oz. of rye whiskey to be muddled with 2 1/2 oz. of peach nectar, five halved wedges of frozen peach, four mint leaves, a dash of bitters and a small squeeze of lemon juice. The mixture is poured over a glass of ice. Another strong peach cobbler drink combines 2 oz. of premium whiskey with 1/2 oz. of a spiced red wine, half of a ripe pureed peach and 1/4 oz. of cane sugar syrup in a shaker. The drink is then poured into a glass full of ice and served with a pinch of cinnamon on top.
