Liquid French Vanilla Coffee Creamer

1. Pour two parts low-fat sweetened condensed milk and three parts nonfat milk to a blender.

2. Blend the condensed milk and nonfat milk until frothy then add vanilla extract to taste and blend again. Start with about 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract per cup and add more as needed.

3. Pour the french vanilla creamer into a jar or food-storage container and store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Powdered French Vanilla Coffee Creamer

1. Pour two parts instant powdered milk and one part plain powdered cream into a mixing bowl and mix using a whisk. Add powdered vanilla pudding mix and stevia sweetener to taste.

2. Whisk the ingredients together until they're blended well. Scrape the sides of the bowl with your spatula and whisk again to ensure the powdered mixture is blended.

3. Scrape the powdered French vanilla coffee creamer into a large plastic zip bag using your spatula. Zip the bag closed and store in a dry place, such as your pantry.
