How to use Apple cider vinegar for nail fungus?

Here's how you can use apple cider vinegar (ACV) for nail fungus:

1. Vinegar Soak:

- Mix equal parts of ACV and warm water in a large basin.

- Soak your affected nails in the solution for 15-20 minutes.

- Do this daily until the fungus clears up.

2. Vinegar Direct Application:

- Use a cotton ball to apply pure ACV directly to the affected nails.

- Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before rinsing it off.

- Repeat this 2-3 times a day.

3. Vinegar Nail Polish:

- You can also make your own ACV nail polish. Take clear nail polish and pour some ACV into it. Mix it well and apply it to your nails. Reapply the polish two to three times a day.

Remember that apple cider vinegar may not work for everyone and it's essential to seek medical advice, especially if your nail fungus is severe or doesn't improve.
