What temperature does chocolate get soft?
The ideal temperature for storing chocolate is between 55 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit to maintain the right firmness and flavor. Chocolate does start to soften at temperatures at around 65-70 degrees Fahrenheit, and melts at around 88-90 degrees Fahrenheit.
