1. Milk Chocolate

Milk chocolate is made with milk solids, cocoa butter, and sugar. It has a sweet and creamy flavor. Due to the inclusion of other ingredients, the cocoa percentage in milk chocolate is usually lower than dark chocolate.

2. Dark Chocolate

Dark chocolate is made with a higher percentage of cocoa solids and less sugar than milk chocolate. It has a rich, deep, and slightly bitter flavor.

3. White Chocolate

White chocolate is made with cocoa butter, sugar, milk solids, and vanilla. It has a creamy, sweet, and milky flavor. Since it does not contain cocoa solids, it technically is not a "chocolate".

They are those chocolates that contain between 35 and 40% cocoa mass, they contain spices such as cinnamon, cayenne pepper or vanilla.

Chocolate with fillings is a very typical product at Christmas. It is made up of chocolate with between 30 and 35% cocoa mass and a filling that can be cream, liqueur or fruit jelly.
