How do you dry out soggy pistachios?
Method 1: Oven Drying
1. Preheat your oven to the lowest setting possible, usually between 200°F and 250°F (90°C and 120°C).
2. Spread the soggy pistachios in a single layer on a baking sheet.
3. Place the baking sheet in the oven and leave the pistachios to dry for 10–15 minutes, or until they are completely dry and crispy.
4. Remove the pistachios from the oven and let them cool completely before storing them.
Method 2: Air Drying
1. Spread the soggy pistachios in a single layer on a paper towel-lined baking sheet.
2. Place the baking sheet in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, and let the pistachios dry overnight or for several hours until they are completely dry and crispy.
3. Stir the pistachios occasionally to ensure even drying.
Note: If you live in a humid climate, it may take longer for the pistachios to dry completely.
