Old Fashioned Lemon Jumble Cookies?

Ingredients:

* 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

* 1 cup granulated sugar

* 2 large eggs

* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

* 3 cups all-purpose flour

* 1 teaspoon baking soda

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

* 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients alternately with the lemon juice, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

7. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoons onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to brown.

9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

10. Once the cookies are completely cooled, dust them with powdered sugar.
