How long will sticky bun dough last in refrigerator?
Properly stored, sticky bun dough will keep in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Once the dough has risen, place it in an airtight container and store it in the fridge. When ready to use, remove the dough from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before rolling and shaping.
