How to Make No Bake Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies

Turn breakfast into dessert with no bake peanut butter cornflake cookies that that will have your kids begging for more. With just five ingredients that you most likely already have you can whip up this "baked good" without the inconvenience of baking.
Things You'll Need
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 5 1/2 cups corn flakes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Large saucepan
- Wax paper
Instructions

Pour the butter, corn syrup, sugar and cocoa powder into a large saucepan and cook over medium heat. Once the mixture comes to a boil remove it from the heat.

Add the peanut butter to the sugar and corn syrup. Stir until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Pour in the cornflakes. Mix the ingredients well, ensuring that the corn flakes are completely covered with syrup. Add walnuts if you desire and mix them in as well.

Spoon balls of the mixture onto waxed paper. Allow the cookies to cool.
