### Sugar-Free Pop Sickles

Ingredients:

- 2 cups fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or peaches)

- 1/2 cup water

- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Popsicle molds

Instructions:

Step 1: Chop the Fruit

Chop the fresh fruit into small pieces.
