How do you make sugar free pop sickles?
### Sugar-Free Pop Sickles
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or peaches)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Popsicle molds
Instructions:
Step 1: Chop the Fruit
Chop the fresh fruit into small pieces.
Step 2: Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the chopped fruit, water, honey or maple syrup (optional), and lemon juice. Blend until the mixture is smooth and all of the fruit is pureed.
Step 3: Freeze
Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
Step 4: Enjoy
Once the popsicles are frozen solid, enjoy your delicious and healthy sugar-free pop sickles!
Tips:
- To make them extra special, you can add a little bit of shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips to the popsicle molds before freezing.
- You can also use frozen yogurt or kefir instead of water for a creamier texture.
