  • Butter, 1 1/2 cup Light brown sugar, 1 pound Sugar, 1 cup Eggs, 5 Flour, 3 cups Salt, 1/2 tsp Baking powder, 1 1/4 tsp Milk, 1 cup Vanilla, 1/2 tsp Rum flavoring, 1/2 tsp Butternut flavoring, 1 tsp Chopped pecans, 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Using a hand mixer, cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

  2. Add the eggs, one at a time, to the creamed sugar mixture, continue mixing until the eggs are thoroughly combined.

  3. Sift the dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.

  4. Add vanilla, pecans, rum, and butternut flavorings to the mixture.

  5. Pour into a greased tub pan.
