Does Splenda have potassium in it?
Splenda is a brand name for sucralose, which is an artificial sweetener. Sucralose is made from sucrose, which is the natural sugar found in table sugar. However, the hydrogen-oxygen groups on the sucrose molecule are replaced by chlorine atoms, which makes sucralose much sweeter than sugar but with almost no calories.
Splenda does not contain potassium. Potassium is a mineral that is found in many foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and dairy products. It is an important electrolyte that helps to regulate fluid balance in the body.
