What does a half of teaspoon oil cloves compared to ground cloves?
Cloves are a spice that can be used in both whole and ground form. Ground cloves are made from dried cloves that have been ground into a powder. Half a teaspoon of oil cloves is equivalent to about 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves. This is because oil cloves are more concentrated than ground cloves, so a smaller amount is needed to achieve the same flavor.
